With the above on the back cover, you might think that Bill Phillips' book, Body for Life, might be just another over-hyped self-help physical fitness book. However, as this class will show you, his process really is a reasonable, practical, do-able get-back-in-shape program that fits with the energy and mental awareness concepts presented throughout the Energy Mystic Institute courses and discussion groups.

Prerequisites:

When you begin your 12-week Body-for-Life program, you must promise yourself you will finish what you start, no matter what. That vow, although it might be asy to break, is by far one of the most important ones to honor. You see, the very essence of confidence is self-trust. Would you trust anyone who repeatedly lied to you? Someone who broke the rules of the game, again and again? Of course you wouldn't. So, if you've developed a pattern of not honoring self-promises, this is a great time to make a change. If you can't honor, trust, and depend on your own word, well...that may be the root of a lot of the challenges in your life -- a lot more than you realize.

Course Objectives:

Learn the fundamentals of "Plan-to-Actual Analysis, a method of creating and using daily progress reports, not so much as just a way to keep track of where you're been; rather, to use them to plan where you are going.

On completing this course you will:

Learn how to transform obstacles into advantages -- by attacking challenges head on -- and you will gain the inner strength to deal with anything life brings your way

Course Delivery:
